Final Event of the Eastern Cross League

The Team Championships, the final event of the Eastern Cross Season, held on Sunday the 7th February brings more success for CCH.

Job done!
In the U12s Artie O’Regan came 7th, Stanley Boyd at 18th and Harry Gregory 26th this gave the team 5th place in their age group. The Youth team was Ned O’Regan 11th, Frank Moore 23rd and Louis Byrne 25th again the team were place 5th.  The Vets had a guest appearance from Phil Raymond (who rides usually for Welwyn) he got 8th Andy O’Regan 7th and lastly Harry Moore 17th. After some confusion with the Vets results CCH end up getting in 3rd place. Bart’s guest appearance and 38th place in the Senior Category helped Hackney GTs D team to 8th place.

When all the categories were taken in to consideration, CCH's consistency gave us 2nd in the Overall Team Championship and placed 12th in the team standings for the whole season (out of possible 24) not a bad result for our first time!
