Asiago Giro d' Italia stage 20 city visit. It's a joint effort that came out of an invitation from Clissold Rangers FC's manager and genuine Asiagean Nick Franchini:
"On Saturday 27th May 2017 the final cross-country stage (called a ‘tappa’ in Italian) of the Giro sets off from Pordenone in north east Italy and after passing over Monte Grappa arrives in Asiago. You can be part of the party as an insider and guest of the local organisers thanks to our connections with our home city. This beautiful logo with the slogan ‘love infinite’ communicates that this will be the 100th Giro so this will be a special occasion for all concerned.

Once the Asiago city council has finalised the timetable for events around the Giro we will publish:
- appropriate arrival/departure dates
- accommodation options and
- an itinerary with options for different cycling activities and tours.
Please note that these expeditions are not commercial operations. However, the organisers will use the experience to help create a new generation of digital social networks to help local enterprises and economically vulnerable inhabitants in Asiago, Hackney and Todmorden to develop high value sustainable tourism around history, culture, sport and outdoor pursuits.
Thank you!
Nick and Keir"
