Every Wednesday night until further notice we will be running fitness training with VCL's British Cycling coach Joseph Alberti. Due to a recent 'Community Cashback' small grant award from Royal Bank of Scotland and with a little help from Bike Fix CHH have been able to buy three turbo trainers. During the sessions we will be recording performances of our riders on these new acquisitions - thank you RBS.

Weekly Club Night Launch: 'The Road To Roubaix' on the big screen
On Wednesday 28th January CCH are launching their new weekly club-night at the Barnebas Centre on Homerton High Street.
To celebrate this development (in partnership with Core Arts ) and to introduce CCH members, associates, friends and family to the venue, the hall will become a cinema for the evening. There will be a screening of the acclaimed film 'The Road To Roubaix'.
Released in 2008 this film captures the spirit, emotion and feel of the legendary French springtime classic cycle race; 'Paris Roubaix' and features many of the worlds top pro racing cyclists as well as views from those that follow the race road side.
Refreshments will be available in the foyer
